3-4 year olds: For our littlest yoga-enthusiasts, this class combines the basics of yoga with music, interactive play and art. This class helps to increase social awareness, motor skills and flexibility.

5-7 year olds: This energetic class gets kids up and moving! Various techniques are introduced such as core breathing and relaxation. Music, singing and fun complete the good time. 

5-10 year olds: The essential elements of yoga are reinforced and built upon in this class.  Learning about one’s core is introduced through breathing and visualization techniques. This class increases flexibility and coordination through various poses and games.

7-13 year olds: A strength-building class that helps children become more self-aware through relaxation and inner control. This class introduces yoga poses and sequences that increase coordination, muscle strength and balance. Calming and relaxing, this class can help teach children how to cope with the daily stresses of life.  

Teens and Adults: This class is a great stress releaser and strengthener for the body and the mind. Begin by focusing on one’s core through deep breathing exercises, various yoga poses and sequences. The techniques used in this class will increase flexibility, balance and coordination. The benefits of deep relaxation is also explored.

Parent and Child (2-4 years): Get into the fun with your child during this playful class that focuses on your bond with your child. Perform simple yoga poses, play games and learn basic breathing techniques. Other family members welcome too…aunts, uncles, grandparents! 

Family Yoga: Get the whole family in on the good time! Yoga poses, music, and games helps everyone in the family build on strength, flexibility and coordination. Everyone is sure to have fun! Up to 4 participants per family
